Personal Overview
Understanding why people do what they do is critical if changing behavior is of interest. I enjoy teaching fundamental concepts and principles of behavior and how to implement Human Performance Technologies (HPT) to improve the performance, safety and well-being of others.

Over 20 years experience in the field of behavior analysis. Areas of interest include: Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), foster care, education and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
